1. Introduction
These Terms govern the FlowLTS Founder Program operated by STARDEVZ TECHNOLOGIES. Business registration number: 202603179406 (003868142-H). The Founder registration deadline is 30 September 2026 at 11:59 PM Malaysia Time. By registering, you agree to the current version of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. If you register for a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. Submitted details must be accurate.
- Founder benefits are personal and non-transferable unless FlowLTS expressly agrees otherwise.
- FlowLTS may reject fraudulent, abusive, or legally prohibited participation.
3. Free Founder
Free Founder costs RM0 and requires no payment. The one-month free period begins only when the individual Founder workspace is activated on or after the actual official launch date; it does not begin from the global launch announcement alone.
- Standard Price — Pro: RM26/month.
- Standard Price — Team: RM49/month.
- Free Founder does not include the Founder Plus Prices.
4. Founder Plus
Founder Plus uses a one-time RM10 Founder Credit. It is not an investment, equity purchase, joining fee, normal recurring subscription payment, or authorization for future recurring billing. The credit is applied to the first separately authorized paid subscription after the free month. The promotional monthly prices shown below apply during Months 3–12, subject to eligibility and the separate subscription authorization.
- Founder Plus Price — Pro (Months 3–12): RM15/month; first paid subscription after the RM10 Founder Credit: RM5.
- Founder Plus Price — Team (Months 3–12): RM35/month; first paid subscription after the RM10 Founder Credit: RM25.
- The one-month free period begins only after the individual workspace is activated on or after the actual official launch date.
6. Founder benefits
Eligible benefits may include a Founder Badge, early feature or beta access, product feedback and voting opportunities, the Founder Community, and priority access to eligible future StarDevz products.
- Beta functionality may be incomplete.
- Voting does not guarantee implementation.
- Future products and priority access depend on availability.
- No business result, revenue, or return is guaranteed.
7. Founder Plus price protection
During Months 3–12, the published Founder Plus Prices remain RM15/month for Pro and RM35/month for Team while the subscription remains continuously active. Launching before 15 October 2026 will not change the published Standard or Founder Plus prices. A failed recurring payment has a seven-day recovery period. Recovery within seven days preserves the Founder Plus Price for the remainder of Months 3–12; otherwise it is permanently lost.
- After cancellation or an unrecovered failed payment, a future subscription uses the then-current Standard Price.
- Eligible permanent Founder identity and non-pricing benefits may remain.
8. Launch and activation
FlowLTS promises to officially launch on or before 15 October 2026. The actual official launch date and each Founder’s workspace activation date are separate.
The free month begins only when that Founder workspace is activated on or after the actual official launch. It does not begin at registration, RM10 payment, an Auth invitation, password creation, or the global launch announcement alone. FlowLTS does not guarantee that every workspace will activate on the global launch day.
Launching before 15 October 2026 will not change the published Standard or Founder Plus prices.
9. Launch guarantee and refunds
An official launch on any date on or before 15 October 2026 meets the launch promise and does not trigger the missed-launch refund condition. If FlowLTS has not officially launched by the end of 15 October 2026, a Founder Plus member may request a refund through the review process, ending 14 November 2026 at 11:59 PM Malaysia Time. Approved refunds use the original payment method where supported and end Founder membership and associated benefits.
- Refunds require a request and review; they are not automatic.
- An early launch does not change the published Standard Prices, Founder Plus Prices, Founder Credit, or Founder benefits.
- Duplicate or erroneous payments may be reviewed separately.
- Applicable statutory rights are not excluded.
10. Cancellation
If a future Founder Plus subscription is cancelled, the Founder Plus Price is forfeited. Rejoining later uses the then-current Standard Price. Eligible permanent Founder identity and non-pricing benefits may remain. No subscription is active merely because you joined the Founder Program.
11. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Founder Program or FlowLTS systems.
- No fraud, abuse, automated attacks, or payment manipulation.
- No attempt to bypass security or interfere with FlowLTS or its providers.
- No use that violates applicable law.
12. Intellectual property
FlowLTS software, branding, interfaces, and content remain owned by their applicable owner. Founder status transfers no intellectual-property, equity, or ownership rights.
13. Third-party services
FlowLTS uses HitPay for hosted payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Supabase PostgreSQL for data storage, Vercel for application hosting, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Each provider has its own service terms, privacy practices, and availability; FlowLTS does not control all third-party uptime.
14. Changes
Material changes will be published under a new policy version. Changes will not falsely erase a recorded RM10 credit or confirmed payment. Rights that apply under law remain unaffected.
15. Limitations and disclaimers
FlowLTS is being prepared for launch and some preview or beta functions may change or be unavailable. Nothing in these draft Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. No exclusive court or arbitration term is imposed in this draft pending professional review.
