1. Founder Plus RM10

RM10 is a one-time Founder Credit. It is not a normal monthly subscription payment and does not automatically start or authorize recurring billing.

2. Launch guarantee

An official launch on any date on or before 15 October 2026 meets the launch promise and does not trigger the missed-launch refund condition. If FlowLTS has not officially launched by the end of 15 October 2026, a Founder Plus member may request a refund review within 30 calendar days. The operational deadline remains 14 November 2026 at 11:59 PM Malaysia Time.

• Launching early does not change the published Standard Prices or Founder Plus Prices.
• Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported.
• An approved refund cancels Founder membership and associated benefits.
• Requests are reviewed and are not automatically approved.

3. Other reviewable cases

FlowLTS may separately review duplicate payments, payment errors, unauthorized-payment reports, and circumstances required by applicable law. Review does not guarantee approval.

4. How to request review

Submit the request through refund@flowlts.com. Include enough information to identify the payment without sending card numbers or CVC data. No automatic refund occurs.

5. Future subscription cancellation

If a later Founder Plus subscription is cancelled, the Founder Plus Price is permanently forfeited. Rejoining later uses the then-current Standard Price, while eligible permanent Founder identity and non-pricing benefits may remain. This does not imply that any subscription currently exists.
